Being new to the area, having friends up from down south for the night, purchased fillet (thick) pieces and Chicken rolls. My wife, who doesn’t eat red meet said the chicken was very tasty. The steaks cooked medium rare were the most tenderest cuts I have ever had the pleasure to present to guests. This butcher has quality products.
